How This Works

Here is some information about how my process works. Please feel free to call me anytime if you have any questions about the process or anything else. I’m here to help and want your experience to be fun and as easy as possible.

I first capture the images from my location – usually on Mulholland and my camp. My camps address for GPS or map users is 27539 Mulholland Highway, Agoura, Ca.

At the end of each photo session, I unload my camera images to my studio computer to process the images and upload them to the gallery. The images you see online are very small and at much lower resolution than the originals. This takes many hours – each hour I shoot, I spend at least 2 in post-production. Once online, I post an update on my website letting you know your images are ready to be reviewed.

After you find your images, send me an email with the image numbers so I can review them in their high resolution format. I have very high quality standards and all images must meet these standards before they are sold. Once reviewed, if they pass – I’ll send you a quote. My quotes usually include some kind of special pricing based on multiple images and I’m known for offering custom images at no additional charge.

Here is the standard pricing packages I offer to most new clients – this can also be used as a price list.

Once an order is accepted, I do the full post-production on each image ordered. This includes removing power poles, power lines, road signage and sometimes other traffic from the photos. All of my photos are clean and my intent is to make these worthy of printing and hanging anywhere in your home, office or garage.

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT DO THE PRINTING. Printing is very personal and everyone has their own taste – lighter, darker, more or less contrast… so on. However, I do offer my help when it’s time to print and can help you with the process.

Once your images are finished, I pay for a service that allows me to upload large files to a server and then I send you the links to download your images. These images are generally just under 20MB. Most printers will not take larger than 20MB image files so I keep them large enough to show the best resolution yet small enough to send to printers. You’ll download them just like you download music or documents. It’s very easy.

That’s pretty much it… ALL of my work is 100% Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy, you’ll get a complete refund. In the 10 years I’ve been doing this, I have never been asked for a refund. Please feel free to check my history with PayPal or Venmo – I have a 100% satisfaction rating with both.

Thank you and I look forward to being of service to you… please ask about private photo sessions or drone videos, I love to do other events and you’ll love what I can provide.
